That is the motto for Amelia and Kenny "K2" Keene. 
They are experienced Realtors with a wonderful sense of optimism and have an unlimited supply of energy.

What that means for Buyers and Sellers looking to find the right agent in Las Vegas is that Amelia and "K2" want the process of buying or selling to be as stress-free to their clients as possible. Even Fun! But even when having fun they are professional at all times. Amelia and Kenny met and fell in love when touring in the Broadway show "Damn Yankees" with the star Jerry Lewis.  They also fell in love with Las Vegas and moved here more than 10 years ago, and were married at a sunset ceremony at Red Rock Canyon.  Kenny and Amelia (Amelia who was at that time appearing in the MGM Production "EFX" with David Cassidy) were surrounded by the cast their friends and family. They have 2 adult children and live with their 2 Golden Retrievers. 
 
Kenny's  (who was born and raised in Chicago)  vast experience in the technical side of Show Biz, and as a Union IATSE Stagehand and Head Rigger, has given him the talent and ability to buy and renovate investment properties. And he is able to pass on his expertise and knowledge to  their clients.
 
Amelia, (who was born and raised in Toronto, Canada, went to school in NYC) has the designations: CDPE(Certified Distressed Property Expert), ABR (Accredited Buyers Representative), Fine Homes & Estates(Luxury Homes Sales) , and the advanced license of Broker-Salesperson in Nevada. She has also been in the management level of real estate and was a former instructor and trainer for Century 21.
 
You get 2 Agents for the price of one!!  Both talented in many fields.  Amelia is still involved in the production end of the entertainment world and donates her time to charity shows. She is also one of the preferred National Anthem singers for UNLV Sports.  Go to a Rebel Basketball game and you just might see Amelia walk out onto the court!
Kenny continues to work with many of the biggest corporations in the US traveling to many differents areas of the country.  Moving and relocating from another state can be stressful, and many of The Keene Team's clients have moved here from other parts of the country, and Kenny and Amelia are compassionate and understand the complicated process of buying or selling a home long distance.
 
 
K2 and Amelia feel that their life meeting and working with so many different types of people, has given them the ability to understand their clients concerns and objectives, and they feel it makes them better real estate agents.
